We dyed our eggs for Easter tonight. The boys have been doing lots of Easter stuff in daycare this past week - dyeing eggs with food, egg hunts, art consisting of bunnies and eggs, and a visit of a teacher's pet bunny. I guess Tristan didn't hear the word correctly when dyeing eggs in class because tonight he kept asking me to "put his egg in the diarrhea." I told him repeatedly that he meant "dye" and what diarrhea really meant. But he kept asking for the diarrhea. JR and I would crack up every time he said it so I think he started doing it on purpose. What a fun memory that will make.

Don't bring any poopy eggs over here.
Dad
You guys are super prolific with the egg-dying! Are those all hard-boiled or did you blow them out? And if the former, who's going to eat all those eggs?!
Dan, they are hardboiled. We only did 18 and I'm looking forward to eating egg salad all week. Unfortunately I think I'm the only one who will be although JR will eat just a plain hard boiled egg. My sister, who has chickens, said she colored over 100 eggs. She kind of has an over abundance of eggs.
